School Accommodation
School accommodation options will be confirmed and published on this page during autumn 2025.
School accommodation is included in the A-tournament pass. Teams will stay in classrooms, and all participants must bring their own mattresses, sleeping bags, or bed linens.
Each team staying at a school will pay a 100 € accommodation deposit upon arrival at the school.
Tournament meals will be served at the accommodation schools.

- Standard twin rooms: €110 / room / night
- Triple rooms: €140 / room / night
- Quadruple rooms: €160 / room / night
A limited number of rooms are available. The prices are valid until March 16, 2026.
Room rates include buffet breakfast and VAT.
Room reservations
Each guest or team is responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. When booking, please use the reservation code HBBF26. Reservations can be made through our website at www.hotelarthur.fi
or via our sales service: myyntipalvelu@hotelarthur.fi
If the guest will arrive at the hotel after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask to confirm the reservation by providing the following credit card details:

Expiration date (MM/YY)
CVC number (the three-digit security code on the back of the card)
Cancellation terms
Individual room bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel’s sales service or reception in order to avoid any cancellation fees.

- Standard Twin/Double Room: €92 / night / room (twin beds or double bed)
- Superior Single Room: €100 / night / room (queen-size double bed)
- Superior Twin/Double Room: €112 / night / room (queen-size double bed)
Extra bed: €25 / night
All prices include VAT and are per night. Room rates include a fresh and diverse buffet breakfast. Guests also have access to the hotel sauna during public hours, a 17-meter swimming pool, and a fully equipped 400 m² gym.
Room reservations
Reservations must be made directly through the hotel's sales service by email: sales@haaga.fi
When booking, please mention the reservation code: HBF.
Offered prices are not valid when booking through third-party platforms.
Name lists and room allocations must be sent to the hotel no later than 7 days before arrival.
Payment method
Cash or card payment on-site.
For invoicing, payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or via a payment link provided by the hotel no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation terms
1–15 participants or accommodation nights
- 100% refundable up to 10 days before arrival
- 50% refundable up to 7 days before arrival
- 10% refundable up to 4 days before arrival
16–40 participants or accommodation nights
- 100% refundable up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refundable up to 10 days before arrival
- 10% refundable up to 7 days before arrival

Participants with an A-pass will be provided with the following meals during the tournament:

Teams staying at a hotel can also purchase a Meal Pass.
The Meal Pass is available only for players, coaches, and guardians registered with the team.
